Cultivating peace of mind through Picture Poetry and Prose
Using photography, poetry, and prose, I aim to help you cultivate some peace of mind, connecting you with your internal and external world. Through the purposeful action of taking a photograph, our breathing will naturally slow down. This offers an opportunity to look outside of ourselves, giving us reprieve from our internal narrative and time to relax. Equally, creative writing invites us to explore our imagination. Again, moving our thoughts away from our everyday lives. Picture Poetry and Prose offers a healthy escape and a place for you to reconnect with your creative self.
