We cannot thank this care company, especially Andreea and Raz, enough for the incredible care and support they have given our family.
As we are not local to my in-laws, we needed to arrange care urgently following a change in circumstances. From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, helpful and insightful, offering thoughtful suggestions that made things easier for everyone and, most importantly, helped ensure my mother-in-law was comfortable and cared for during the latter stages of her life.
They were so wonderful that we have continued their support for my father-in-law — providing companionship, keeping an eye on him and the house, and making sure he has everything he needs.
Andreea and Raz have been nothing short of amazing. Their kindness, compassion and genuine care have given our family enormous peace of mind, particularly as we live some distance away. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for truly caring and reliable support.

Carers are always on time and punctual. And they inform when thers any issues. They are friendly and very helpful. They help with anything asked of them, even with a bit of shopping outside their official work time. Professional, caring, friendly.

Andreea and her colleagues supported my wife with all her care, on a daily basis. They took over after a disastrous care package arranged with a local, big company. They were experienced but friendly.
We could rely on them, as their communication was spot on and also they kept to the agreed visit times.
We remember how they made us feel, in our lowest moments.
Cannot recommend the team enough for their efforts. We felt looked after and I know my wife, S, was safe and cared for, when these guys were booked to visit.
