Quench Arts CIC

Quench Arts run a range of music and wellbeing programmes for adults and young people across Birmingham and Solihull, primarily from our base in Winson Green. Our sessions are focused on creative music making, helping people express their thoughts and feelings through their original music and lyrics, building self-esteem and connecting participants with others with shared interests and experiences. Our music leaders are trained in mental health first aid and autism awareness and our team can cover a wide variety of musical interests and specialisms. We are currently accepting referrals/applications for our Wavelength youth mental health programme and our adult Musical Connections programme, but we also run several projects within mental health inpatient settings across Birmingham and Solihull and can work with people entitled to section 117 aftercare support on a PHB basis. For more information, please see www.quench-arts.co.uk.
