Meet Lou – Your trauma informed – Home & Wellness Coach, Restoring Rest, Dignity & Space
Sometimes life gets heavy. Clutter builds, energy drops, grief or change hits, and before you realise it, your home feels overwhelming. Sounds familiar? – That was my story too.
I’m Lou, certified & experienced life coach and APDO Pro Organiser. And I’ve walked this journey myself. I’ve lived it. After some pretty heavy life events and transitions, I faced my own hoarding behaviours and the emotions behind them. I’m not here to judge, as I’ve seen both sides, and I want you to know there is hope.
