I provide fitness classes, personal training and life coaching for fitness for women of all ages and abilities in the community. I teach a variety of classes including Pilates both mat work, seated and standing , Meditation and Mindfulness, Dance Fitness (including Latin style and RaveFit), Aerobics, Walk to the Beat, Legs Bums and Tums, Bodymax weights class and gym ball classes to name a few.
I have been in the fitness industry for nearly 14 years and have had many roles including tutor, assessor, studio coordinator and wellbeing coach as well as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, GP Referral specialist and Life Coach specialising in fitness coaching and the barriers to exercise.
I am currently teaching my classes online and covering mainly Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northampton and offering online Personal Training and Life Coaching sessions.
I run an online small weights and wellness plan called Lift Lean for women wishing to improve their hormonal health.
I have recently started an indoor walking group – Walk to the Beat to encourage people to increase their step count and walking fitness in an online class.
I offer free short classes several times a week on Facebook for people to try and those who are struggling financially due to the Covid pandemic.
