Hi my name is Steph. I work in North Devon – Bideford, Torridge and surrounding areas. I bring to you a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the following fields.

I have gained 30 years’ experience of working with vulnerable children and adults in various different settings: from care homes, SEN schools, assessment centres, supporting children in the care system.

I specialise in ASD, ADHD, LD, complex mental health needs, high trauma backgrounds and challenging behaviour.

I am fully committed to safeguarding and progressive goals using a holistic approach to enable the people with whom I work with to thrive in every day life by listening and giving clients the choice, working with the person and not the disability.

I strongly believe positive reinforcement is the best tool in promoting independence and empowerment. I’ve gained my tools from the school of life enabling people to live fuller happier lives while having fun.
