Thankyou for taking the time to read about the service I provide. My name is Melissa Parfitt and I am a self employed Micro Provider  offering care and support services for the Citizens of Yeovil.

I am extremely  proud of the personalised care and support services I provide, focusing on the customers bespoke individual needs by providing a person centred care and support service which encourages independence not dependence. I am based in Yeovil and will provide this  service to the citizens of Yeovil and those who live in a 20 mile radius of Yeovil.

I have over twenty years’ experience in providing care supporting many customer groups and individual needs such as :

• Mental Health
• Later Years Care
• Dementia Care

I am focussed on  continually driving up quality on all the care services I  deliver and believe I  should never stop looking at how to improve quality of care to our customers, so customer feedback is very important to me.

I am a Dementia Champion and have a NVQ 3  qualification in Health and Social

The care and support services I  provide are :

• Personal Care directed by you or your care plan
• Supporting customers who have Dementia
• End of Life Care
• Domestic Support /Household tasks
• Gardening
• Sitting Services/Companionship
• Taking you to GP/Hospital Appointments
• Medication Support -picking up your prescriptions
• Shopping
• Helping with your financial planning, paying bills
• Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner preparation
• Accompanying  you and arranging Social Events

All my annual training related to Care is current and up to date, certificates are in my care portfolio which I  show all my customers .

I  believe continuity of care is so important to our customers and I can with a colleague  provide care and support services to all customers that request two carers, I also do independent visits for those customers who only require me

I am  valued based and treat all my customers with the dignity and respect they deserve. I am honest, hardworking, caring and will always go the extra mile there is no task to small I  wish to bring quality of life and care  to all that purchase my service.
