My name is Richard. I have a wealth of experience working with people of all ages, abilities and disabilities, including autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Tourettes, dementia and cerebral palsy. Working on a 1:1 basis providing help and support to people in their own homes and in the community. I have experience in PEG feeding.

I am fully trained, hold an enhanced DBS and Carer & Personal Assistant Public Liability Insurance. I have a full, clean driving license.

I am passionate and dedicated to empowering and supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes by offering a range of responsive, personalised and individually tailored services.

I am very patient and a good listener. I believe it is really important to promote someone’s independence. I have experience in creating needs assessments and support plans with OCC, to ensure the client gets the best support.
