Based in Hertfordshire ,we are a small, family-run service led by a husband-and-wife team, both NMC Registered Mental Health nurses with 3 decades of experience each. One also specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and provides clinical supervision to other therapists. Our personal insight and professional expertise shape everything RJN offers.
As parents supporting our 27 yrs old son with a severe learning disability, we’ve walked the path many families face: navigating transitions, working with adult services, and supporting him to build a life filled with dignity, and meaningful connection. We created RJN to offer flexible, responsive, and person-centred care—the kind we wished existed when we needed it most.
