Debbie has worked for me for over a year. I have found her for the full to be punctual and to go on to work tirelessly over the allocated time for work without taking a break.
I have always found Debbie easy to talk to and totally trust worthy. Due to my current situation I often have to leave Debbie in my house whilst I have to go out. She can be trusted to secure the house and to post my house key back though the letter box.
This I do with certain that she will continue working for her allocated shift, completing all tasks to a high standard without any need for supervision.
In conclusion I find Debbie to be totally trustworthy and who can be relied upon to give value for money.

Debbie has been great looking after our mother for the past year and we would heartily recommend her. She currently provides excellent companionship-type care, including meals and medication assistance, to mum who is bed-bound due to advanced Parkinsons. Caring for her can be quite a challenge at times but Debbie has coped admirably. She is a natural communicator and has kept mum amused with plenty of chat and games of dominoes!

Debbie was the best carer our Dad could have had. She was always trustworthy, honest, punctual, reliable and went the extra mile for him. She supported him with personal care (giving him the dignity he needed) food preparation, with his medication and some household tasks as well.
She always encouraged him to get out and about and promoted his independence. She was always committed to keeping him safe and as well as possible.

Another quality we appreciated was her empathy and patience with Dad who sometimes presented with challenging behaviour as his health deteriorated. She always treated him with empathy and she listened to him . The highlight of his day was often a chat with Debbie who became a key social connection for him. She communicated well with the family too whilst respecting his confidentiality.

Without Debbie and her remarkable compassion , Dad would not have managed to live independently for as long as he did. We think she is absolutely amazing and we can never thank her enough for all that she did. She treated him like one of her own family and that to us is the best accolade.
We cannot recommend her highly enough.

I cannot recommend Debbie highly enough. She has been working for us for just over a year now, and is just what my Mum needs, a caring, compassionate and kind carer. Mum has dementia and needs companionship, Debbie is just what we were looking for! They go out for walks, coffee and cake, and enjoy the lovely scenery around Llangollen together; they also sometimes have a bit of a 'kitchen disco' and do some dancing to music. Mum gets out of the house and has a lovely time with Debbie twice a week, she really looks forward to it. Debbie is very reliable, friendly, always smiling and chatty but more importantly, she brings some much-needed fun and lightness to Mum's life. She is very adaptable and has been so helpful if we have occasionally needed to change Mum's routine at short notice. Mum really likes her and thinks of her as a friend. She has been a massive help to the family in overcoming the challenges of looking after a loved one with dementia, who can't be left alone. Deb is a true treasure and we wouldn't be without her!
