Hi, I’m Kelly – I am a qualified holistic and wellbeing practitioner registered with the CMA. Please feel free to come along to my friendly tea, chat and journalling support group which I was excited to launch on the 9th of December 2022. I have lots of experience supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing and really hope you will come along to my new support group. People who come along to our tea and chat social group may be able to apply for a free journal too!
Our journal chat tea support group is located in Revival Food & Mood, Whitstable
and will be held on the last Thursday of the month From 6.pm until 7.pm
We will restart on Thursday 28.11.2024
