I am a qualified wellbeing practitioner offering holistic, person-centred support. I provide low-cost holistic therapies, including massage therapy, herbal tea blending, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), to gently support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and sleep difficulties.
My work is intended to complement existing health, social care, and community services, offering supportive input alongside other forms of support rather than as a replacement.
I have a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals, as well as those who support or care for people within the neurodiverse community.
I hold qualifications in counselling skills, psychotherapy, and psychology, which inform my safe, ethical, and person-centred approach. My focus is on offering gentle support and practical tools that promote improved mental and physical wellbeing.
