Hi, my name is Ruth, I am a self employed carer and wellness support worker with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. I offer a tailor made service to help you or your loved one lead a happy and fulfilled life.

My journey started many years ago. After running my own beauty salons I decided to find work in the care and wellness industry as looking after people has always been a passion of mine. I followed this career path and found it was an area in which I excelled. After progressing to working as a senior care assistant in a home specialising in dementia, I decided to add to my skills by gaining qualifications in hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy.

My main passion is caring for the elderly and I have a love of caring for those with dementia. I am able to support end of life clients and also offer therapeutic support for those grieving after losing a loved one.

I also specialise in working with clients suffering anxiety and stress.

I am empathetic, reliable and have many contacts in different sectors which I am able to access to make sure all you or your loved ones needs are met and the care and service I provide for you or your loved one is of the highest standard and the most fulfilling to the individual.

I offer support in:

*All aspects of personal care ( showering, shaving, dressing etc)

*Meal preparation

*Shopping

*Trips out or accompanying you or your loved one to events

*Mental health support (anxiety/stress)

*General housework.
