Ask to see a provider’s portfolio

This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

Helping you stay independent, organised and connected in everyday life

Are you looking for practical support with everyday tasks, household organisation, appointments, paperwork, shopping or getting out and about?

How I can help:

Administration /household organisation
Making phone calls/ arranging appointments
Shopping/practical errands
Meal planning/food preparation
Transport to appointments /outings
Accompanying you to appointments, social activities and community groups
Decluttering and organising your home
Building confidence and independence
Reconnecting with hobbies, nature, friendships and community activities
Companionship and encouragement during periods of change

My support is always tailored to you. I work alongside people rather than taking over, respecting your independence, choices and privacy at every step.

About Me

I have experience supporting autistic adults within a Camphill community and have also worked with people recovering from addiction using a trauma-informed approach. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, trust, flexibility and understanding that everyone experiences the world differently.

Alongside this, I have postgraduate training in Applied Positive Psychology, qualifications in coaching and counselling, and training in Ecotherapy and nature connection. These experiences shape the way I work, helping me support people with warmth, encouragement and a strengths-based approach while keeping practical everyday needs at the heart of what I do.

Please Note

I do not provide personal care.

Whether you need regular weekly support, occasional assistance or someone alongside you during a period of change, I’d be happy to have an informal chat about how I might be able to help.
