Hi My name is Sarah Brace and I am based in RCT and have lots of experience in the care sector.
I have worked in domiciliary care, care homes and in the NHS.
I have 12 plus years of experience in dementia.
I have 6 years of experience with complex mental health such as bipolar, schizophrenia, BPD and schizoaffective disorder.
