I am based in RCT and have lots of experience in the care sector.
I have worked in domiciliary care, care homes and in the NHS.
I have 12 plus years of experience in dementia.
I have 6 years of experience with complex mental health such as bipolar, schizophrenia, BPD and schizoaffective disorder.
My aim is to help and support people to live within their own environments getting the care and support needed, accessing community, sign posting to help with things they would normally struggle with.
I am looking to provide a continuing service to build rapport with people, working with person centred values.
