My name is Gladys, and I am an independent carer. I believe that life should be enjoyed to the fullest and that everyone, regardless of age or ability, deserves to be treated with respect. I have spent over ten years working for various care homes and the NHS, and I love caring for people. Making a difference in someone’s life is what I enjoy most about my job.
