My name is Chrissie and I’m offering my home help service in the Ipswich and surrounding area. I’m passionate about helping others and I’ve a wealth of experience helping my very elderly father and others stay well and as independent as possible.

Having spent a few years working as a Social Prescriber in 4 different GP surgeries in Suffolk I absolutely loved helping my clients go out and about in their community, overcome varying anxieties and enjoy improved wellness overall.
