This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

Hi, my name is Regina. I’m a qualified Pilates teacher offering home visits to adults. My goal is to promote physical health and wellbeing:
Improve balance, coordination and reaction time
Increase mobility, strength and freedom of movement
Move with greater confidence and ease
Maintain general fitness and health
Support longevity and healthy ageing
Promote correct alignment and posture
Enjoy up to one hour of self-care and body awareness
The sessions are tailored towards your physical needs and can be mat-based, chair-based and/or delivered in standing. Depending on the individual’s preference, sessions run for 45 mins to up to1hour. I can also incorporate small equipment, such as a soft ball, tera bands and light hand weights.
Please consult your physician/health care provider if you are unsure about starting a new health care programme or whether this type of movement practice is suitable. As part of my Health & Safety procedure, a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire will have to filled in prior to taking part in my programme.
