This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

Hello. I am Sharon. I’m from Aberdare.  I am 54 years old.

I have over 20 years’ experience working in a special needs school.

Also, I have  worked alongside  vulnerable adults supporting them to live an independent life as much as possible, as well as working in a residential/nursing home for  many years.

I pride myself on providing a friendly, empathic, compassionate, and calm service which will support your individual needs and requirements.  I have an understanding of problems which many people face with daily life. I offer important and flexible support to enrich your life.

I am able to offer the following as part of my services:

  • Companionship/befriending
  • Shopping/Running errands
  • Light housework
  • Assisting with getting up and getting ready for bed
  • Assistance with leisure activities
  • Assistance with getting to appointments/social events
  • Dog walking/Pet care
  • Coffee shop ventures
  • Carer breaks
  • Gardening

Packages of assistance are agreed following an initial meeting with you or next of kin/representative. Here we will establish a detailed assessment of your needs and how I can best support you in your home and community and discuss terms and conditions.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email or telephone. I look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have.
