Hello, I’m Simon.
I have been meditating for over 27 years and have found it an immense help in my life. I can share how to slow down, reconnect, and make life enriching and enlivening.
I teach an 8-week meditation course developed from the Mindfulness Now Programme, which is a structured, evidence-based course integrating both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
Together, we will explore practical tools you can take home to bring back balance and calm, notice simple pleasures, and enjoy life more. Ultimately, we will look at how to create psychological freedom from dominating thoughts, helping you connect with those around you and move forward. I’d like to help you learn to meditate too.
