At Sips & Smiles, I provide care with a calm, reliable companionship and wellbeing support for young and older adults, seniors and people living with disabilities including but not limited to dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease. The service focuses on community engagement, emotional connection, creative engagement and activities that support both mind and body, gentle support with everyday routines, and house help delivered in a respectful and person‑centred way.

What I offer

• Companionship with meaningful conversation and emotional engagement
• Dementia‑friendly creative activities (arts & crafts, simple DIY activities)
• Wellbeing and emotional support and gentle routine‑building
• Supported outings (walks, cafés, drives, galleries/museums, community engagement and activities)
• Tech support (computer, mobile devices, TV etc.)
• Appointments support, social visits, errands
• House management* (housekeeping, cleaning, organising, general maintenance support)
• Supervision, prompting and encouragement for personal care routines, with clients carrying out the tasks independently.

What I do not offer

To remain safe and appropriately regulated, Sips & Smiles does not provide personal care. This includes washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care, or administering medication.
