Hello! We are Sparkle Supported Living, a CQC-registered independent provider of specialist care and support based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Our management team consists of an experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse and Crisis Response Practitioner, Substance Misuse Specialist and Registered General Nurse with a combined experience of over 30 years working around Hatfield, St Albans, and Stevenage in NHS. Sparkle Supported Living’s priority is providing quality care to our community using our combined experience in and around Hertfordshire.
We provide supported living and outreach services to individuals with physical health needs, challenging behaviour, and mental health difficulties, including those with substance misuse, people on supervised community treatment, including Community Treatment Orders. (CTOs)
We strive to empower the individual by promoting independence choice and control, tenancy maintenance, helping with medication, mental and physical wellbeing, including support to access local mental health and GP services, psychoeducation and understanding of mental health and relapse indicators and steps to take to avoid further deterioration, developing life skills and support in activities of daily living e.g. cooking and housekeeping, managing finances and social skills and behaviour management.
