I open the door to the online world to clients who either feel too afraid to negotiate it alone or need training and confidence building. Whether clients have their own internet connection or not I can support them to use online services safely and help set up their own devices as required.
For those who do not want the internet or devices, I can offer regular appointments allowing clients to do check their bank statements and emails, check the online library or even set up a family web chat for them.
For those who have devices they are unsure how to use, we can check safety settings and then learn to use the features that the client needs or most wants to use. This can be arranged as either regular or packaged appointments.
One off appointments are also offered, perhaps to find the most cost effective internet or mobile provider, do price comparisons on insurance, a security check on their current devices, set up an internal webcam or help to sort out a blocked email account.
Home management is moving more online and I’m there to make sure no one has to feel left behind.
