Opening the door to digital inclusion for everyone. Practical in-home support to get online for anyone feeling too uncomfortable to negotiate it alone or wants training and confidence building. Whether clients have their own internet connection or not, I can support them to use online services safely and help set up their own devices as required.

For those not having their own internet or devices, I can offer regular appointments allowing clients to access online services such as check/manage emails, setting up a family web chat, online banking, library access, check for scams in emails or communications, set up 2 factor authentication etc.

For those who have devices they are unsure how to use, we can check settings, safety and then learn to use the features that the client needs or most wants to use.

This can be arranged as either regular, packaged appointments or as a one off appointment perhaps to find the most cost effective internet or mobile provider, do price comparisons on insurance, a security check on their current devices, set up a webcam or help to sort out a blocked email account.

Home management is moving more online and I’m there to make sure no one has to feel left behind. In addition to this I can also offer usual home help support as well as online social support to engage in just chatting or doing crosswords or quizzes for anyone who would like contact but at a physical distance.

I have an Enhanced DBS, lots of patience, experience training people new to the online world and a genuine desire to help.
