Studio Upstairs is a working arts community for adults (18+) with mental health and emotional difficulties. We provide our members with space to make artwork, artistic resources and support from our studio managers, who are both qualified art therapists and practicing artists. The studio is a safe social space where members can experience a sense of belonging.
Our studio in Croydon is open Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Cost (2025)
£98 per day session using a Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget.
£70 per day session if using a standard level PIP or £80 using an enhanced PIP.
We recommend you contact your GP, care coordinator, key worker, etc. to discuss if your might be eligible for these types of funding to attend Studio Upstairs.
