Hello my name is Kitty Chance and I have set up Support for Living Well after working as a support worker in educational settings and GP surgeries for over 15 years.

I offer support for going out, joining clubs, meeting friends or participating in sport.

If you need help in the house, someone to talk to, someone to walk your dog, prepare you a meal, laundry etc.

You would be in charge and we would offer support to meet your needs.

I am patient, non judgemental and a good listener.
