Support Pal is a small business supporting people in the RCT area to lead full and happy lives. As a support worker I offer a wide range of services to help to help with day to day tasks whenever a helping hand is needed.

I have nearly four decades of working in the hospitality industry.
My qualifications include lone working, dementia awareness, safeguarding adults, GDPR and information sharing, COSSH, first aid , Oliver McGowan campaign level 3 food safety and hygiene in catering.
