Provider has a portfolio

Ask to see a provider’s portfolio

This symbol means that the enterprise leader has a portfolio (folder) containing all the elements that show how they meet our Doing It Right Standards. It will provide you with information on the way that they work, checks they have in place, policies, procedures, and more. You can ask to see it to help you make any care choices.

We’re a husband-and-wife team based in the Vale of Glamorgan, and this little business of ours comes from the heart. We know how important it is to find care and support that feels natural, kind, and trustworthy. For us, it isn’t just about ticking off jobs on a list – it’s about people, their stories, and making everyday life that little bit easier and brighter.

The support we offer is the kind we’d want for our own loved ones: honest, reliable, and full of care. Sometimes that means simply being there for companionship, sharing a chat or a walk. Other times it’s lending a hand with domestic tasks around the home, preparing a meal, or helping with the garden and odd jobs. We’re also here to make getting out and about less of a worry, whether it’s a trip to the shops, an appointment, or just enjoying fresh air. For families and carers, we can also step in with respite care, giving peace of mind that your loved one is in safe and gentle hands.

At the heart of it all is a simple promise: to treat every person we help with the same respect, warmth, and dignity we’d want for our own family.
