This provider has yet to add availability information.

TAM Together provides a range of support services:

  • Promoting Emotional Response Awareness
  • Supporting Young People, Families, and Professionals: TAM Together supports and educates young people and their parent/carers to become more aware of their responses to their powerful emotions such as anxiety, worry and fear. These moments of dysregulation directs changes in their bodies and in their behaviour. Adults play a vital role in helping and teaching young people to acquire self and co-regulation skills and to know that it is all very normal.
  • Community Activities and Events: We organise family and community activities that reinforce positive mental health and wellbeing. These events are designed to build stronger family connections and create opportunities for inter-generational engagement
  • Engaging ‘Hard to Reach’ Families: Our flexible working model encourages whole family engagement, particularly targeting ‘hard to reach’ families. By providing accessible online programmes, we ensure that all members of the community can benefit from our service.

TAM Together Family Programme runs alongside a series of books with 4 x one hourly sessions delivered by a qualified practitioner via Zoom, alongside parent/carers and siblings within the family home. The programme gives a greater self-awareness, a chance to reflect and discuss lived experiences and an opportunity to challenge some of the emotional reactions that are felt.
