I offer friendly, reliable one-to-one companionship and practical support for people who would like a little extra help in their day-to-day lives.
I have 6 years’ experience working in adult social care, alongside relevant social care qualifications and appropriate training. My experience has taught me the importance of treating every person as an individual, respecting their choices and independence, and providing support with patience, dignity and kindness.
Whether you need some company at home, help getting out and about, or simply someone you can rely on, I can tailor my support around you and what you enjoy.
I can help with:
Companionship- chatting, having a cup of tea, watching a favourite programme or simply spending some time together.
Days out and getting out and about-accompanying you for coffee, lunch, shopping, walks or any other activities you enjoy.
Shopping and errands- accompanying you to do your shopping or doing your shopping/ collecting prescriptions for you.
Help around the home- cleaning, laundry and keeping things organised.
Pet support- dog walking and helping with the day-to-day care of your pets.
