Hello, I’m Natalie, the founder of The Caring Hands. A warm, dependable and person-centred micro provider offering companionship, practical home support and confidence-building assistance for individuals who want to feel supported, connected and more at ease in daily life.

I am enhanced DBS checked, fully insured, and First Aid trained. Committed to dignity, respect and independence, my approach is calm, patient and heart-led, and I always deliver the standard of care I would want for my own family.

Whether you’re feeling isolated, overwhelmed, in need of support at home or simply longing for company and routine, I’m here to help you maintain your wellbeing and quality of life with compassion and consistency.

How I Can Support You

  • Companionship & Conversation – games, hobbies, a friendly visit or getting outdoors for fresh air
  • Transport, Errands & Appointments – shopping support, community outings or help getting to appointments
  • Light Household Tasks – tidying, hoovering, making beds and helping your space feel calm and organised
  • Meal Preparation – simple meal support such as soups, sandwiches, snacks and hot drinks
  • Animal Care – dog walking and pet feeding for your furry companions

Optional Wellbeing Support

Alongside my care work, I also run a separate holistic therapy practice called Be More Zen, for those wishing to explore gentle Reiki or massage treatments to support emotional wellbeing, reduce stress or improve sleep.

My Values

  • Respect, dignity and independence
  • Emotional safety and trust
  • Reliability, empathy and clear communication
