About Us

The Emergence Approach Ltd provides neurodivergence-informed coaching for adults in the local community, with a strong focus on ADHD and wellbeing. As a social enterprise-style limited company, all profits are reinvested to enhance client support and accessibility.

Core Services

  • Individual coaching specialising in executive functioning, goal setting, prioritisation, time structuring, and self-understanding around neurodivergence

  • Wellbeing coaching covering values exploration, habit formation, life direction, and navigating transitions

  • Weekly free body doubling sessions – virtual co-working for community focus and accountability

  • Group programmes (in development) around direction, goals, fulfilment, and wellbeing

  • Student coaching – any level of adult education

Approach

ND-informed, trauma-aware practice that builds on strengths while addressing executive function challenges. Evidence-based tools tailored to individual neurotypes for sustainable wellbeing improvements.
