The Next Chapter Home Care and Support

This provider has yet to add availability information.

Hi, I’m Louise and I have been enjoying life as a Care Companion since August 2024.

I am pleased to be able to offer you care and support tailored to your individual needs, enabling you to remain independent in your own home. This could be assisting you with meal preparation, getting up and dressed, light housework, washing and ironing, looking through photo albums, playing games or simply having a cup of tea and a chat.

I am also able to offer time out of the house, going for walks, to local community groups, shopping, meals out, appointments, or any activity that suits your needs and ability.

I will initially spend time getting to know you and your family so you can become familiar with me as I know that having someone new in your home can feel strange at first. You can be fully assured that your privacy is very important to me and your voice, your wishes and needs will be at the heart of all we do together. I will always strive to make you feel at ease, I will listen without judgement and most of all we’ll have fun together!

I will listen to you, and your family about your likes and dislikes and will assist you to live the life you choose with sensitive, loyal and secure support.

I have an enhanced DBS, I am fully insured and have completed the Care Standards and Dementia Awareness. I am also a member of NACAS.

Reviews of The Next Chapter Home Care and Support

Finding Louise to help care for my aunt, who lives with Alzheimer’s, has been an absolute blessing. Louise’s approach is consistently gentle and empathetic, which has supported my aunt's comfort and daily routines. I particularly value Louise's preference for natural support for minor ailments before moving to clinical options. Louise truly goes above and beyond; she frequently checked in on my aunt at the day center, even when she wasn't officially on duty. Her proactive communication and helpful advice have provided our family with immense peace of mind. I highly recommend Louise to anyone seeking dedicated, compassionate home support for their loved ones.
