The Oak Meadow Hub

Availability information last updated: 20th October, 2026

We are pleased to introduce The Oak Meadow Hub, a newly established learning disability hub which officially opened on 7th September 2026

Our aim is to provide adults with learning disabilities with a welcoming, supportive and engaging environment where they can develop new skills, build confidence, socialise with others and enjoy meaningful activities within the community.

Our activity programme includes:

Arts & Crafts – encouraging creativity, self-expression and developing practical skills
IT & Technology – supporting digital confidence and learning new technology skills
Cooking – developing independence and everyday life skills
Games & Social Activities – encouraging interaction, communication and friendships
Exercise & Wellbeing – promoting physical activity and healthy routines
Additional activities – with sessions adapted to the interests, abilities and individual needs of those attending

We understand that every individual is different, and we aim to create an environment where people can participate at their own pace, with encouragement and support from our team.

We would be very pleased to work alongside care homes and supported-living services and welcome the opportunity to discuss how The Oak Meadow Hub could complement the support you already provide.

We are happy to arrange visits and taster days for individuals or groups, allowing people to meet our team, see the facilities and experience the hub before deciding whether it is right for them.

If you would like any further information, discuss availability or arrange a visit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully welcoming you and the people you support to The Oak Meadow Hub.
