FITNESS WITH FRIENDS – Through dance and fitness we can bring friends together, tackle loneliness, encourage flexibility, maintain a healthy heart and release those all important endorphins that promote happiness! Our fun, dance based classes are mainly aimed at the mature and retired and run weekly in community and church halls in Dartford, Gravesham and Bexley boroughs.
TOTS WITH TEMPO – Ba-Bees Buzz and Bop provides music and movement classes for babies to 4 year olds. Bumblebee Boogie Bop provides a progression class for 2-4 year olds for those looking for a more structured early introduction to dance through musical fun. Classes are termly and are held in Dartford, Sevenoaks and Bexley boroughs.
CARE HOME WORKSHOPS – We visit care homes on a regular basis to provide fun music and movement sessions for the residents from the comfort of their armchair. We can also attend for special events and notable dates in the calendar such as St Patrick’s Day, Easter and Christmas. Our teachers are Demential Friends Trained and hold enhanced DBS certificates.
CHILDREN’S PARTY ENTERTAINMENT – Our hosts provide character led or generic hosted party entertainment for 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hour durations.
