The Right Rhythm Dance offers inclusive dance classes to adults who are interested in dance, including beginners or who have previous dance experience. We believe it is never too late to learn to dance! The classes build your confidence in a safe space where you can have fun and socialise.
There are many health benefits to dance such as improving flexibility, mobility and mental well-being. Contemporary dance is a current lesson and we wish to teach jazz, ballet and street dance soon. These lessons are also perfect for making new friends and connecting to new people within the community.
Classes are taught by an instructor with a BA Honours Dance Education degree at Canterbury Christ Church University. She has experience teaching dance to all ages, believing everyone has an opportunity to dance. You will feel comfortable as your instructor has knowledge of dance science and experience teaching many dance styles including, contemporary, ballet, jazz and hip-hop.
