About My Service

I provide reliable, person-centred support to help people maintain independence, wellbeing, and connection with their community.

Through my service, The Rowan Tree, I offer practical and compassionate support with everyday tasks, social activities, and life administration. Support is flexible and tailored to each individual, working at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful.

I aim to provide dependable support that helps people feel more confident, organised, and connected in their daily lives.

What I Can Help With

I offer support with a range of everyday activities, including:

  • Shopping support – accompanying people to the shops or completing shopping on their behalf
  • Running errands
  • Transport and support to attend appointments
  • Support to access social groups, activities, and community events
  • Friendly companionship visits
  • Trips out and visits to places of interest
  • Help with life administration and correspondence, including sorting paperwork and organising documents
  • Patient support with phones, tablets, computers, and online services
