My name is Themby. I have been working in healthcare for over ten years. I enjoy helping the community.
I have experience in different care settings such as care homes, residential homes, community and in hospitals. I have supported clients with autism, dementia and learning and physical disabilities including speech and language. My experience include support plan where external organisations are liaised with including social workers and other healthcare departments. I can write reports for contact supervision for children under social services.
The service I offer includes (but not limited to) the following:
