Promoting good health in community through the practice of Taiji (tai chi) and Qigong (chi k’ung) exercise. Classes for all ages and levels of fitness. many classes specifically for over 50s. Emphasis on teaching skills relevant to everyday life, such as good posture, relaxation, abdominal breathing, mindfulness etc.
