Hi, I’m Steph! Alongside my work in the NHS, I’ve created a small local business to support people in the comfort of their own homes. As a personal trainer who specialises in long-term conditions, my aim is to make exercise feel safe, manageable, and genuinely enjoyable. I know that getting started or getting moving again can feel overwhelming, especially when health challenges get in the way. That’s why I focus on simple, tailored exercises that fit your abilities, your goals, and your everyday life.
Whether you’re hoping to build strength, improve mobility, boost confidence, or just feel a bit more like yourself, I’m here to help. I believe movement should be empowering, not intimidating, and having someone beside you can make all the difference. I’m happy to offer general home help too, whether that’s making the bed, light food prep, or simply sitting down for a friendly coffee and chat. Sometimes a bit of company and support can make all the difference.
Thank you for taking the time to visit – I’m excited to support you on your journey toward feeling stronger, more active, and more independent.
