I feel very lucky to have such wonderful support. I really value your commitment to ThriveWell Collective. Helping me with learning to live with and manage my Fibromyalgia. I print out and keep all the newsletters together and information you send me. I like the videos you do and I admire that you always show up with such gentleness and passion for what you do. You show so much care for me especially when you check in on me to see how I’m doing, you are very inspiring. I would say you and ThriveWell Collective is like a big comforting gentle hug. Thank you so much.

This group is fantastic!! It really helps to hear from other people, how they manage their health conditions around daily life, daily pressures, those with younger children, etc and makes us feel not alone. It’s very isolating when we suffer with our conditions 24/7 and being able to share that other people and gain a bit of knowledge and advice from them, really helps!

Before joining I was feeling quite alone in my journey but since joining this group I have felt really understood and supported and going to physical meet ups has helped my confidence in meeting new people. Doing a 1-1 was also a really positive thing for me and I was able to learn some breathing techniques to get through my panic attacks. If someone is unsure about joining I would say join as u will feel understood

Thank you so much for sharing this. Your words genuinely mean a great deal.
Walking this journey can feel isolating, and it’s exactly why ThriveWell exists... so no one has to navigate their symptoms, confidence, or everyday challenges alone. I’m really glad the group has given you a place where you feel understood, supported, and connected, and that the in-person meet-ups have helped you grow your confidence. That’s a huge win, and it’s entirely down to the courage you’ve shown by taking part.
I’m also pleased the 1:1 session made a difference for you. Learning how to regulate your breathing during a panic surge is powerful, and you did the work... I simply guided the process.
Thank you again for recommending the space to others. Your experience helps people who are unsure recognise that they’ll find real understanding and support here.
I’m proud of how far you’ve come, and I’m here for you every step forward.

What can I say? Since meeting Sandra and being part of ThriveWell, my life is changing for the better. Sandra is such a friendly, supportive and caring person who genuinely wants to help people and learn more herself. ThriveWell has offered myself and many others a place to belong, learn mechanisms to cope with our daily lives and Sandra helps us understand from angles we haven’t looked through before. Sandra has personally been really lovely with me, listening to me, supporting and advising when needed but more importantly.. she’s always there, rooting for me like a mother, saying she’s proud of me when I finally started making progress and she never makes me feel alone. Helping me with nutrition on my weight loss journey, telling me about electrolytes and anti inflammatory foods and even offering to support me in hospital while I’ve been unwell. She offers a space for people in similar situations to come together, to talk and share experiences all while guiding us with her knowledge. I’m so pleased I have met Sandra and she’s welcomed me with open arms into her group and genuinely wants what is best for me. What a wonderful woman you are, don’t ever change being you and wanting to help people. You’ve found your calling in life 💗

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Your message truly touched me.
It’s been a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate your health, confidence, and personal growth. Everything you’ve described... the progress, the mindset shifts, the way you’ve shown up for yourself... comes from the strength and resilience you already had. ThriveWell is simply the space that allows those parts of you to come forward.
I’m grateful that the community has given you a sense of belonging and that the tools we explore together are helping you manage daily life with more clarity and confidence. Hearing that the nutritional support, the conversations, and the shared experiences have made a difference means more than I can say.
Thank you for your kindness, your trust, and your openness. You show up for yourself even on the difficult days, and I’m genuinely proud of how far you’ve come. I’m here to support you, guide you, and champion you — and I’m honoured that you feel safe and understood within ThriveWell.
Your words remind me why I do this work. Thank you again for such a heartfelt review.

Thank you so much for sharing this. Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia can feel overwhelming and isolating, and it takes real courage to reach out and look for support. I’m truly glad you found ThriveWell at a time when you needed community the most.
It’s been a privilege to support you as you’ve settled into understanding your condition and finding your confidence again. The way you’ve engaged, asked questions, and taken steps to learn more about your health is exactly what makes this community so special... we grow together, and we support one another through the tougher days.
I’m really pleased the group, the conversations, and the additional subscription space have helped you feel more at ease and less alone. That sense of belonging is something I care deeply about creating, and your presence contributes to it just as much as anyone else’s.
Thank you as well for recommending ThriveWell to others. Your experience will reassure so many people who are where you once were... unsure, overwhelmed, and looking for a place where they feel understood.
I’m here for you, and I’m proud of the steps you’ve taken since joining. You’re not alone on this journey, and you never will be within this community.
