I had valuable years as a carer for my late Grandmother, my inspiration and also 12 years as a single parent before my children left home to start their own families.
I’ve had over forty years’ supervising and managing teams in a factory environment. To run these teams successfully, I have made myself available to offer empathy, arrange training, encourage team building, and cover shifts at short notice to enable high standards of productivity.
