My name is Kelly, I created Together because I wanted to provide support that meets the exact needs of the individual. I believe everyone wants to live a good life that is meaningful to them, centred around their wishes, hopes and aspirations and my service (Together) very much looks at supporting people in a flexible and responsive way to enable them live a good life.
I also have a Labrador named Sammy, who has become a firm favourite amongst people who use my service. Sammy enjoys joining me on visits and going for long walks.
Examples of way I can support you:
Support Worker role – helping you with day-to day tasks and communications including administration
Technology assistance, helping you connect safely and keep in contact with family
Being someone to talk to, going out for walks, keeping active or visiting your favourite places
I am not limited to the support above and everything I do will be centred around what you choose and how you would like to be supported.
