Hello, I’m Fran, a holistic grief and dementia massage specialist in Haughley Green, Suffolk. I support clients navigating grief, loss, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection with gentle therapies like sound therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Each session is personalised to your needs and how you feel that day. My focus is always on supporting you and what you want to achieve.
I also offer gentle massage for those living with dementia in residential and care settings or within a client’s home. This gentle, holistic, person-centred massage uses nurturing touch to reduce confusion, anxiety, and agitation, whilst supporting mental, emotional, and social well-being. It’s about building trust, connecting in the moment, and witnessing the person’s response. I’m fully passionate about sharing this powerful approach with those affected by dementia, along with their families and carers in the community.
Finally, I don’t offer just company with my companion services, I offer real connection. As a companion, I take the time to truly get to know you, your stories, your quirks, what makes you laugh, what brings you peace. I’m not here to fill space or tick a box. I’m here to show up with heart, listen without judgment, and be present in a way that feels natural, easy, and human. Whether we are out and about in the community, chatting over tea, walking quietly, fitting a piece into a jigsaw puzzle or just sharing a moment, my goal is always the same, to make you feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for.
