I am a one woman business with over 30 years’ experience in health and social care, I provide compassionate, person-centred support for individuals who need a little extra help to remain independent, connected and living well.
I have experience supporting those living with dementia, Parkinson’s, mental health challenges and emotional wellbeing needs. Whether at home or in the community, I offer calm, reliable support that focuses on what matters most to each individual.
Alongside practical help, I believe feeling heard, valued and understood is just as important. I also support family carers through Carer’s Pause, offering flexible respite that provides valuable time to rest, recharge or attend to personal commitments.
My wellbeing background allows me to support not only practical needs, but emotional wellbeing, confidence and connection too.
