Hello, I am Theresa, I have established TRH Home Services to enable me to be an independent person working in my local community to make  lives a little easier for you and your family.

I would like to offer a variety of services from:

• Caring for your independent needs
• Assisting with food preparation
• Medication prompting and support
• Shopping, running errands, either with you, or for you
• Helping with tasks around the home
• Low level gardening and basic outdoor maintenance local to Haxby
• Happy to walk your dog or even clean out your hamster cage!

I am self-motivated and work on initiative but enjoy making that difference. I want to work together with my clients to meet their needs, unique or quirky in their own ways .

I like working hard, listening to people’s concerns. Being able to say  ‘Yes,  I can help with that’. Often in life people feel that they would like some help, but they really don’t want to ask for it. Helping others in whatever small way makes me feel appreciated. I would always respect  privacy and keep information confidential.

I am a great listener, and an excellent communicator. I love humour and believe laughing is a good healthy tonic for us all, I would hope to brighten your day and offer support with those jobs just not getting done.
