Trees & Tranquility Forest Therapy

This provider has yet to add availability information.

I am a registered nurse, health visitor and foster carer with a lifelong belief in the wellbeing benefits of nature and the outdoors I love to share. With my special health background, I can support you to experience the benefits of nature even if you have some additional needs which make it more challenging to get out.  In particular I have experience supporting people with physical disabilities, longterm conditions and neurodivergencies. Alongside Forest Therapy, I am skilled in bushcraft and nature connection techniques, so there are a range of approaches we could bring in to suit you. I am available for one-on-one work or group sessions, and I am experienced in building strong, trusting relationships to quickly put you at your ease and support your wellbeing goals.

It may be that you already have a love of nature, but struggle to get out for some reason,  or you would like to improve your own wellbeing, and want to try something different. Perhaps you have heard about Forest therapy / bathing, and wonder what all the fuss is about? Whichever applies, I believe we can agree a plan to suit you, bringing in a range of activities from my background.
