Hi I am Theresa Ann
The mission of my service is to offer you care/support that is in the time, place and way that works for you. Needing care can make you feel out of control of your own life at times. The service I offer aims to keep you in control and help you live your best life with the additional support you need to make that happen.
My career has been linked to the care and support of people with additional support needs for over 30 years. I am a qualified social care worker and hold a PGCE in Further Education having worked as an SEN teacher in FE since 2015.
Services I offer:
Befriending and home care and community access
Light personal care, help with household tasks, cooking and meal prep, shopping, appointments, prompts to take medication, support to participate in activities for your wellbeing, (I have business insurance on my car and room for transporting a foldable wheelchair.)
I welcome people on Direct Payments and I am happy with the rate. I also accept self funded service users at £23 per hour.
