A close-knit team of highly experienced, fully qualified compassionate counsellors providing mental health and wellbeing support to the local community. We provide mental health support to the community, offering both private and low-cost services. Our aim is to make professional mental health and wellbeing support and enablement, accessible to adults (18+) facing mental health challenges.
We offer counselling for adults, couples/relationships, and counselling supervision. We work with and offer support for a diverse range of emotional challenges, from depression, anxiety and ADHD to relationship issues and trauma, among others.
We are now also supporting student counsellors on placement with us, which enables us to offer a limited number of low cost sessions subject to availability and assessment. Each client can receive up to 24 low-cost sessions, ensuring sustained support throughout their difficult times.
Located in our newly refurbished comfortable, quiet and confidential space, conveniently located in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. We primarily offer in-person sessions, serving clients from Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide tailored, accessible mental health support to meet the growing demand for affordable, quality care in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding area.
