UNACC is a vibrant club for the over 50s, providing a nutritious cooked lunch alongside a varied range of activities designed to keep bodies and minds healthy.
Visitors to UNACC can enjoy yoga, zumba gold, nordic walking, seated exercises, mindfulness, word games and an art group, in a beautiful lakeside setting with wonderful food and refreshments. You can try all of our classes for free so there’s nothing to lose!
For over 50 years, UNACC has been a lifeline for older adults in Croydon and surrounding areas. At the heart of our work is a simple but powerful belief: older people deserve far more than care; they deserve connection, purpose and joy. Our motto, “adding years to life and life to years,” reflects our commitment to nurturing the whole person: mind, body and spirit.
