Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and love adapting my program to suit new clients.
I work with both female and male clients, helping them stay fit and active as we age. Staying strong, fit and mobile is so important as we age and I am here to help you stay strong and independent into your senior years.
I work with clients one to one or in small groups either at my own private gym or within your own home or setting.
