We are an IT drop-in centre that provides advice, support and training to individuals, families and organisations on all aspects of computers, software, internet and telephones. All services and training that we can provide in and from our offices are free of charge. We run courses in converting from old phones to smartphones. We also provide courses on the basics of using a computer. We help with specific tasks like learning to access on-line banking, health apps, access to digital services, social care and local authorities. We help with poor internet connections. We recycle old computer equipment and provide better equipment, often for no charge, for the least able and well off in our community.
We help in any way we can with all issues related to web-sites, the internet, cyber crime, fraud, nuisance calls.
